ERA has contributed to the development of new Interoperability standard for A‑SMGCS within EUROCAE meeting

EUROCAE Working Group 41 preparing standards for A-SMGCS solutions met in Frankfurt, Germany, on September 12 – 13, 2023.

The team of experts including ERA specialist for ATM solutions has worked hard on further development of an Interoperability standard for A-SMGCS. During the previous as well as this meeting the members identified the range of system interfaces that support the A-SMGCS system, considering the use cases and associated data exchange requirements. They also enjoyed robust and insightful discussions as the interface standards are being refined.

The workshop was hosted by Fraport AG at the premises of Frankfurt International Airport. Next meeting of WG-41 will be organized by ERA and held in its HQ in the city of Pardubice, Czech Republic in November.
