ERA presented its defence portfolio at the DSEI 2025 exhibition in Tokyo

The ERA team flew across the world to the Japanese capital Tokyo to present its passive surveillance solutions at the exhibition DSEI Japan (Defence and Security Equipment International). The event took place in Chiba, the outskirts of the capital, on May 21 -24.

The same week in addition to the LIMA exhibition in Malaysia, another major defence technology fair was taking place in the region of Asia - Pacific, and ERA team was present there as well. After successfully penetrating the Japanese market with air traffic control technologies, ERA is now trying to introduce its unique passive systems to defence sector. At the DSEI Japan the company's presentation is part of the official stand of Czech defence industry.

An old acquaintance came to support our colleagues from the Sales dpt. - Hideo Suzuki, the Representative of the Government of Japan for Public Diplomacy and former Japanese Ambassador to Prague, who visited the company's headquarters in Pardubice during his time spent in the Czech Republic.

Japan is an important business partner for ERA, ERA has six installations of its ATM systems at several Japanese airports and on all major islands, including Tokyo, Osaka and Okayama. Now ERA team has been doing its best to present Czech original know-how – passive surveillance systems, currently knowns as VERA-NG and PLESS - in Japan, a country generally considered to be a technology superpower.
