Holding OMNIPOL Group has been established: Uniting Czech leaders in the field of aviation and defence industry

The OMNIPOL Group has been oficially stablished, consisting of the Czech companies ERA, Aircraft Industries, MESIT and OMNIPOL. The change responds to dynamic growth of the activities of all companies and represents an important step towards more effective management and further development.

Artem Movsesyan has become CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the OMNIPOL Group. The holding, which expects a turnover of CZK 15 billion last year, remains fully owned by Háva family.
