Singapore Airshow – ERA´s success story behind the curtain of this global event

ERA presented its defence solutions at Changi Exhibition Centre in Singapore on two different places – first of all as part of the OMNIPOL Group along with sister companies Aircraft Industries and Aero Vodochody and at official Czech stand.

Ceremonial opening of Czech stand started the Singapore exhibition for several Czech defence and security companies, such as OMNIPOL Group, PBS, LOM Praha, Helicopter Alliance, etc. The participants were greeted by H. E. Dana Baschová, the Czech Ambassador to Singapore, Radka Konderlová, Director General of Industrial Cooperation Division of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic, and Martina Tauberová representing the Association of the Czech Aerospace Industry. The celebratory event at the OMNIPOL Group booth followed attracting more partners including VIP figures.

Within the three days of the show ERA experts met with a numerous industry influencers, military officials and government delegations and introduced them to ERA´s unique passive surveillance systems VERA-NG and PLESS. These sensors use advanced techniques to conduct cross-border long-term surveillance without alerting neighbouring nations; they have been tailored for air, maritime and land target surveillance and reconnaissance for air defence and electronic warfare purposes. 

Singapore Airshow is one of the world’s most influential international aerospace and defence exhibitions, providing a platform for industry thought leadership through its strategic forums, and co-located exhibition and events. Industry players, government and military chiefs gather here bi-annually to exchange ideas and seek strategies to advance the global aerospace and defence sector.
